Chinese New Year is around the corner... Im so excited. I love CNY, well cos im a Chinese thats why. U gotta love your culture. ^^
And this year, CNY falls on the same day as Valentine's Day. So im rushing 2 artworks for the same day. DX
Spring cleaning is a definite before the New Year so this past few days was a serious havoc trying to clean my room.
My closet is well... full of junk. XD I have so many stuffs with too much sentimental value to have them thrown away. No way~
There were also loads of college assignment papers used last time in which are unusable by now, so i recycled some and kept some, in case for reference in the near future.
Ok, enough crap about my room. Here's my CNY artwork.
Not much, i think i didnt really bring out any Chinese effects in it. Im so sorry, i so fail as Chinese.T___T
Seriously, whatdayathink? Is it red enough? Is it oriental enough? Did i fail as a Chinese? ROFL~
Only thing i love about this pic is the dragon cutout, the words and the bamboos.
I guess the charas could be bro and sis, since their hair colour is the same. And me love the tiger ears. ^^
