Its about cupcakes. Yep, cupcakes... and since when i bake? rofl
Um, i guess its cos of the trend. I dunno why, but cupcakes has suddenly became an "in" thing this year and a lot of places are selling cupcakes and even open stores cater to cupcakes only.
But sadly i was not in a "baking" mood, so i didnt do much, no creativity at all.

Mum wanted to try baking OREO cupcakes. Hell yea, it'd be fun. Usually we always baked either chocolate or vanilla ones. This is something different.
So firstly, we smashed the OREOs and then mix it with the batter. We separate it into 2 batter, one plain vanilla and one OREO.
Also decided on baking 2 sizes... big and tiny winy mini ones.

We baked about 48 cupcakes. 24 big ones and 24 mini ones. Plus, we decided to add some choc chips into the mini vanillas cos it was too plain and boring. XD
Unfortunately, like i said above, i wasnt in a baking mood, so i was LAZY to do the icing. No creativity, so i messily decorated the cupcakes with choc cream icing. LoL~
We also separated it into 4 portions cos we wanted to give some to the neighbours. ^^

Results? Well... the minis turned out quite hard, no idea why. And the big ones are as moist as ever. Yummy!
The oreo taste was ok i guess. Cant really taste any oreos. haha... but will try again next time. Maybe put more OREO??? mwahaha~
